Review on Ewen’s 15 Steps Blueprint ebook

Ewen’s new membership site is indeed a useful place where you can learn a lot of basic knowledge about making money online. In module one alone, the 15 Steps Blueprint ebook is packed with detailed information, resources, links, suggestions and more.
I will now give you a summary of Ewen’s 15-step Blueprint ebook. At the beginning pages, Ewen talked about the difference between a regular affiliate and a super affiliate. A super affiliate follows a set of principles that help him rake more income, as compared to a regular affiliate. Inside the ebook, 7 principles are listed. In fact, Ewen has provided these 7 principles for free in another ebook. You just have to subscribe to his opt-in list.
Ewen emphasized on 9 points which you have to follow, if you want to be successful in affiliate marketing. I will list out three points, which are taking massive actions, being serious in doing affiliate business and setting a deadline for each task. Then he stated 4 reasons why making money online is simple. Ewen had also included 10 key differences that separate the super affiliates from the regular affiliates.
Now, I will zoom in to the 15 steps…
From step 1 to step 3, the topics involved are about searching for niche and profitable markets. After which, you will need to find affiliate products. It is important to do your research thoroughly. As mentioned in the ebook, you can start by making a list of subjects based on your interests, hobbies, your strength, stuffs that you, your friends or family members know about. You can also perform searches in ebay, yahoo or amazon. Alternatively, you can browse through article directories to see what people are writing or use keyword research tools to find popular terms people are searching on the search engine.
When selecting your affiliate products, you have to consider whether the product is hot and in-demand. Whether the affiliate program is reliable and how good are the merchant’s services.
From step 4 to step 11, these sections relate more to setting up your own landing page. With a landing page and an autoresponder service, you can collect your own subscriber list, start an email campaign, give out more product information, convert your subscribers into customers and make back-end sales.
In the ebook, you will find instructions on how to choose and buy a good domain name, register for hosting account and apply for an autoresponder service. Not only that, Ewen mentioned how to design an attention-grabbing landing page, purpose of a landing page and some technical skills on how to put up the autoresponder opt-in html code on the landing page. You will learn how to start an email campaign from Ewen’s example and how to upload your files onto the hosting account.
From step 12 to step 15, Ewen discussed about generating traffic and performing tests and tweaking for your online business. First, he compared the fastest traffic generating methods against the cost of getting traffic. Then he suggested that you draft up your own traffic plan, based on your time, budget, resource, strength and weakness.
In one part, Ewen wrote how traffic flow on the internet. People can actually reach a website by searching on the search engine, clicking link from other websites or via word-of-mouth. The quickest method to make your site known is through pay-per-click, followed by banner and text link. But if cost is an issue, you can opt for article marketing or forums. These can be used as a long-term technique for generation traffic. Other methods, which you maybe interested, are social network site, viral video, like YouTube and podcasting. Finally, he mentioned the importance of acquiring the skill in doing testing, tracking and tweaking. These have to be done to increase the rate of conversion in three areas, namely your opt-in section, closing sales and advertising for traffic.
Personally, I feel that this blueprint is made for newbies who want to learn about the basic of affiliate marketing. The ebook comes with examples, resource links, detailed instructions. It is also suitable for immediate marketers who are looking for new ideas or as a refresher course. This is not the end yet as Ewen will definitely add more content and new information as the months go by.
