Internet Marketing Television case study part 2
In the previous article, I wrote about Folusho, founder of Internet Marketing Television (IMTV), showing a case study of how he made money from Mark Warren’s Ultimate Wealth Package (UWP). From the case study, we can learn marketing strategies used by Folusho.
This article, which i am writing about, is a continuation from the case study part one.

I will give a brief description of the video. The video started off with Folusho showing his review page of the product, Ultimate Wealth Package. Here is how he had designed the page.
1. The title of the page is labelled Ultimate Wealth Package. This is the main keyword he used in Adwords. You can see it in the video in part one. Even the page name was related to his main keyword. You can see that the page was called “…/Ultimate_Wealth_Package.html”.
2. All the words “Ultimatewealthpackage”, “Ultimate Wealth Package”, and “UltimateWealthPackage” were hyperlinked. This is to emphasize to Google the importance of the words. By clicking on any of the links, the reader will be sent to the merchant’s website.
3. Folusho also included a link to promote and sell his own ebook on the review page. Thus, he was using two ways to make money.
As for driving traffic to his website, Folusho used USFreeads, which require payment for using its service. Similarly, the title was filled with his main keyword and linked to his review website. The thing about creating your own website verus using MySpace, Squidoo or any third sites is that you have control to the design, advertisements and functions of your webpage. Another method mentioned by Folusho was by advertising on Craigslist.
In ending the video, Folusho suggested that you should have a few affiliate products reviews. Reasons being, you will have more income streams and you will be able to build up your websites with more content, which is in Google’s favour.
In my opinion, there are always good strategies and techniques available on the internet, whether it is paid or for free. What is also important is we have to put in consistent effort and actions in order to make money on the internet.
